The Pineapple is one of the most under consumed fruits in Canada and in fact North America. This is surprising given it’s nutritious attributes and flavourful taste. We are determined to help this category fulfill it’s promise. New varieties of Golden Pineapples are breaking into the market and will be embraced by the consumer who desires fruit that makes them go “WOW”. While we source most of our Garlic from China, we also access this highly consumed item in other producing origins such as Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. Whether we are talking about bulk Garlic, pre-packed, or even further processed…….Think of us when you think of Garlic!
While now grown in many places in the world the best Ginger is still grown in China. The best in the world probably in Shandong province. The characteristics of Large “hands” and thick “finger” along with minimal “grainy-ness” assures the best quality.
